This service is designed for the couple that would like to be involved in the planning process but values the resources and organization that a wedding planner adds to the process. 

This includes:  

• Initial Consultation

• Site visit & walk through with couple and site manager 

•  Seven (7) progress meetings

• Vendor assistance/referrals, (2) two per unit 

• Reviewing vendor & service provider contracts

• Wedding etiquette advisement

• Wedding Day Itinerary

• Assistance with wedding cake/dessert sampling

• Assistance with correspondences

• RSVP Tracking

• Assistance with ceremony programs

• Devise ceremony & reception floor plan

• Assistance with obtaining needed documentation

          (passport applications, & name change forms)             

• Decor advisement for ceremony & reception sites 

• Final confirmation of all vendors

• Rehearsal direction (1 hour)

• Wedding Day Management

* Please note: 

In addition to your Wedding Professional, (1) one Coordinators' Assistant may be present to ensure the efficient management and execution of your wedding events.

  (Number of assistants is determined by the complexity of the events.)
