This package, our most exclusive tier of provided services, is designed for the busy couple that simply cannot fit vendor consultations & subsequent meetings in their schedule, or for the couple that reside in another city or state from where the wedding events will take place; if the planning process becomes too great for the couple or the couples' parent's to handle alone.
This includes:
- Itemized "Planning Checklist" during planning stage
- Walk through of selected sites for blueprint construction
- Decor advisement for selected sites
- Complimentary use of in-house rentals
- On-going progress meetings
- Unlimited telephone & e-mail access
(within normal hours of business)
- Vendor assistance/referrals, up to (5)/five per unit
- Interviewing & securing vendors
(for couples residing outside the state of MD)
- Negotiation and review of all service provider contracts
- Assistance with menu and cake samplings
- Wedding etiquette advisement
- Amenity selections for use at reception site
- Quarterly itinerary for bridal party
- Assistance with guests lodging & management
- "Nuptial Newsletter" for all out-of-town guests
- Complimentary baskets for up to 8 lodging quarters
(to include maps and "hot spot" attractions)
- Posting of engagement and wedding announcement in up to (2) two periodicals of choice, in addition to posting in the "GALA NEWS"
- Composition of reception floor plan and seating chart
- Assistance with obtaining needed documentation
(i.e. passport applications, & name change forms)
- Rehearsal dinner assistance & management
- Two/(2) Tattoo kit for visible body art
- Honeymoon location, lodging and travel assistance
- Pre-Wedding celebrations' assistance & management
- Assembly & mailing of all wedding correspondences
- Shipping attire to out-of-town attendants
- Screening licensed nannies to provide childcare for attending children on the wedding day
- General wedding day errands
- Final vendor confirmation
